9POINT9 Construction is our in-house construction team. 9POINT9 has experienced project managers and employees, and also relies upon well-established sub-trades from the Puget Sound area.

The principals of Melbek Homes are Ben Watkins, Jo Watkins, and Andrew Lonseth, each of whom brings a special perspective and unique experience to our organization.

Jo Watkins

Jo Watkins, Business Manager. Jo has grown up in construction and has a unique feel for what works in a home. She works with our clients to ensure they end up with more than they expected. Her other passion is philanthropic work. Check out her non-profit ExtendTheDay.org.

Ben Watkins

Ben Watkins, Construction Manager. Ben is a journeyman carpenter from Down Under and has built dozens of beautiful homes there before bringing his skill to the Pacific Northwest. Ben knows quality construction and is committed to ensuring that every Melbek Home is virtually flawless.

Andrew Lonseth, Partner. Andrew has large and small project experience as a principal in creating, designing, and building award winning multifamily LEED projects, gorgeous Built Green custom homes, and very special LEED Gold commercial buildings. Andrew ensures that Melbek Homes only takes on projects that will delight our clients and buyers.
